This
hand router is suitable for both rough shaping and filigree
profile cutting.
Its powerful 2200 W (3.0 hp) universal motor is amply
rated for a max. cutting
depth of 2 9/16 in. (65 mm). Moreover, its practical
guide and support system
ensures reliable and simple operation even on difficult
routing tasks. The
LO 65
E is
the ideal machine for all types of cutting-out work
including
chamfering, grooving, rebating, profiling, copying and
recessing.

LO 65 E
has a continuously variable speed
range from 8.000 to
20.000 rpm.An electronic
control ensures a constant speed irrespective
of the material or cutting rate, thus resulting in clean
work with no need
for subsequent finishing.The integrated starting-current
limiter also helps
in this respect by ensuring smooth, jerk-free starting.
Router
guide device for cutting housings in starcase strings
This
special accessory from MAFELL
is an ideal tool for carpenters
making staircases to individual specifications. Locking
devices allow
it to be set for working lenghts of 25 3/16 in. (640 mm)
and widths of
2 3/8 in. (60 mm). The machine is designed to execute
the full range
of recesses arising in staircase construction. The groove
width can be
adjusted according to the scale, while the lateral adjustment
permits
cutting to exact makings. The fact that the rail and machine
can be
moved together is beneficial if repeated changes in position
are required:
the machine need not be detached from the rail. The delivery
scope
includes two screw clamps for securing the guide rail
in position;
another practical accessory for staircase construction
is an
exact angle fence.
